My sister and I were Co-Personal Representatives for our Mother's estate which had 12 siblings/heirs. We consulted with Daniel J. Monte who is a trust and estate attorney with almost 30 years experience. He thoroughly reviewed our Mother's Will and Codicils, then met with us by Zoom to answer a number of questions we had about probating the estate. Most importantly, he explained that there was a real & legal distinction between real property (our Mother's house/lot which was now legally owned by one of the siblings) and personal property, the contents of the home (furniture, jewelry, personal effects, collectibles, etc.) which belonged to the estate. This was a new understanding by the siblings/heirs which dramatically changed how we as Co-Personal Representatives probated the estate. He wrote a 4-page letter to the 12 siblings/heirs detailing his answers to all the questions we raised during our consultation with him, so that the whole family had clear legal guidance for our work.

I had a situation concerning a family member that required placing my family member is a nursing home. I reached out to an acquaintance that referred me to Ms. Mullins a practicing attorney at Pregenze, Baysinger, Wdeman & Sale PC. I explained I would like for her to represent me to acquire a guardianship and power of attorney. She gave me advice to pursue the power of attorney in a way that came at no cost to me or my family. She made herself available if this did not meet the needs I had going forward. I am overwhelmed at Ms. Mullins willingness to look at the situation from my perspective and not pursue an avenue which could net significant billable hours. This firm is highly respectable, professional, and comes with an extreme level of integrity. If I happen to need further legal assistance I will return to seek services from Pregenze, Baysinger, Wideman & Sale because I trust they will represent me in a way that serves my need and not their bottom line.
