Very helpful.

When I went to Cynthia and Jessica to take on my DUI case, what I liked most is that they assured me that my life is not over, and that they will take care of everything. I was a complete nervous wreck and Cynthia made me feel really optimistic about my case, and she even put together a case binder to give me. There were a lot of variables in my case with me being from out-of-state and then eventually moving to another state, but Jessica kept me updated on everything and eventually Cynthia even got my cased dismissed. I really was able to put this all in the back of my mind and continue my life, and like Cynthia said, it all worked out in the end. I really think Cynthia is worth the price for the peace of mind itself, let alone the amazing work her and Jessica do.

Divorce

This was my first experience with hiring a attorney. I feel that I was blessed when hiring Cynthia. Her paralegal Jessica is very compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. I pray that I never have to hire a attorney again, but I would definitely hire Cynthia and Jessica. They took care of everything , made me feel good, and the case was dismissed. Thank you for all you did.

I was referred to Amy Bailey and I am very glad I was. Her and her paralegal Tina Arce were awesome! They were attentive and understanding. I also appreciate Amy’s honesty and realistic approach she gave me on what to expect and what was possible in my divorce settlement. Cynthia was hired by my family in a very chaotic situation. She handled all the details, hearings, plea agreements with our family's interest as the number one concern. Frankly, it was a near miracle that many charges were dropped and others got pretty much a minimum punishment. I attribute this huge success to her tenacity, "take no prisoners" attitude and negotiating skills for her clients. I highly recommend Cynthia for any case, the tougher the better!

Would not recommend to anyone. I live out of state and was infored that the lawyer would show up on my behalf to my court appearances. Well the Lawyer never showed up to my 1st court appearance which I later found out and almost got into deeper trouble for. For my actual hearing the Lawyer showed up only minutes before the hearing and she looked like she just rolled out of bed, while I was early eagerly waiting with tons of questions on my mind, being extremely nervous. The only reason I got off is because the Officer didn't supply his evidence. The lawyer didn't have to do much other than collect my fat $5000. I only used their services in 2017. And now less than2 years later, I requested a copy of my disposition as I was informed they could provide a copy in the future retaining my records for up to 7 years. Well they are saying they store documents in an offsite locations and would charge me a hefty fee in order to provide that to me after already forking over thousands for service equivalent to that of a public defender, which would have only cost me $1000. Very disappointed to say the least.

My divorce attorney, Ms. Larkin and her assistant, Ms. Pena are the consummate professionals. They work great with one another allowing nothing to fall through the cracks. They know their craft well, and are steadfast toward working for the best outcome for their client. They are diligent in the collection of, and the processing of all the facts, building a solid organized file, in which to develop a logical game plan on your behalf. I believe in “you pay for what you get”, if you don’t hire these folks, you will more than likely be unhappy with your outcome.

We went in for a mediated divorce and got assigned to Amy Bailey and her paralegal Tina Arce. They were quick, effecient, professional, and everything was done within under two months. Both handled tears, yelling, and everything that comes with divorce with grace and understanding. Not to mention the flat rate was very reasonable! I had such a bad preconceived notion of how bad the process would be and they made it so much more bearable. Thank you ladies!
