Melissa and her staff are excellent especially Dee. Melissa is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely understanding as she has created two wills for us over the last several years. January 2020. My sister and I met with her. She appeared to be suffering from some chronic disease, she was dressed like she would on a Saturday at home. She spoke very softly and was hard to understand. There is something wrong with her health, in my opinion. It was a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional meeting. When I called the next week to ask for a refund of my consultation fee, her asst., Dee, said she would get back to me. Surprise, surprise, no phone call. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for legal representation.
