Mario is very inconsiderate of his clients, their questions, and their needs. Very unprofessional and his office never return phone calls or do what they say they are going to do. Interviews of victims, request of medical records or keeping us informed of court dates has yest to be done in almost 2 years. He blames the client for not being able to get ahold of anyone but we have all had the same number and same address from the jump.
