Was able to consult with the counsellor within a very reasonable period of time. He called on time as scheduled. It was very comforting to speak with someone that could guide me through a legal process. As a total and permanently service-connected disabled veteran for PTSD, I don't do well with anxiety. Props to the counsellor for alleviating the stress!

Had a very nice talk with Jay Goodman about updating our will.

I greatly appreciated Mr. Goodman's advice. He had an answer for every question and was able to give me advice to move forward with my case in numerous aspects. I couldn't have asked for better because he exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable!

I have called so many lawyers this last month, that i’ve lost count on how many. They either are not that kind of lawyer, or they’re booking out till July or August, or they want $160-$200 fee, for a 30 minute conversation to decide whether they will take my case. Finally, I found Jay Goodman! I called them one day, and had a phone appointment the next morning, and there was no fee involved in the initial consultation. He listened to me, heard, and understood what I was saying, and immediately had a plan of action and accepted my case. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and my hope was restored that everything will work out. He’s a good one!

Be aware. This firm is completely unresponsive. They're over-booked. I'm on a retainer with them to establish a simple "estate plan" and they've not contacted me for well over six weeks, despite my polite requests. Look for someone else.

Although my acquaintance has been over a short period of time, they demonstrate the upmost professionalism and sincerity toward my needs. The staff is very punctual, knowledgeable and polite when addressing any issues or concerns.

Crooked firm. Over charges and incorrectly taxes. And still with what they charge they are swimming in debt and bouncing refund checks. Not to mention they buckle and dime for ridiculous fees, charging them to attorneys when half of the work is performed by legal assistants. This firm is a joke!!!!
