I left an email through NOLO on 9/8/2021 and a representative from Jay Goodman and Associates Law Firm responded immediately. I responded on 9/9/2021, a free telephone consultation was scheduled the same day for 1:30pm. I had questions on Power of Attorney and Advance Planning type services for my elderly parents. Mr. Goodman himself called me at 1:30pm as scheduled. He was personable, knowledgable and attentive. Mr. Goodman carefully listened to my situation and concerns.
