Not a great acumen concerning RA process and unclear with answers to my questions when had initial call- seemed very junior and not too attorney like. The initial call for consult is a sales pitch essentially with some good info. My first hour consult person was nice, second paid consult not so nice on (which should have been an indicator to me) and unfortunately paid a huge chunk of money up front- only to see 750 ish dollars vanish after one phone call with assigned attorney who was a terrible communicator. Emailed twice waited a week before contacting M. Macomber from website- requested to end relationship with firm. Remaining funds returned in about two weeks. Would not recommend.

Law firm graciously agreed to help me at the last minute when I was forced to terminate previous counsel. Forever grateful!
