Professional, responsive and customer friendly! Very satisfied with the way they listen to me.

I would like to thank Tully Rinckey for doing such a good job So far. When calling them, it was amazing to see how knowledgeable are with what I am going through currently. With their step-by-step directions, it eases my nerves so I was able to move forward without worrying so much. They also informed me what documentations need to be submitted and what documents needed to be asked for before moving forward with my case. I highly recommend them. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and show great concern.

Luke warm representation at best. My lawyer was not very responsive, made me feel like I was bothering him, and at times, I felt like I was battling him as much as I was the organization I was suing. If you're looking for aggressive representation, that is responsive, personable and fights for you, this isn't the place. To top it all off, my lawyer overran our agreed upon $2500 prepaid retainer by $1600! Without so much as a warning, or a billing statement, just a simple "my secretary will send you another bill". When it comes to contract and labor lawyers in New York State, I wish I would've gone elsewhere.

The person who originally took my information was extremely friendly and helpful. She took her time with me, explained the process and ensured I understood. Heather allowed me to speak and share what my issues were, explained different processes and procedures, and made me feel heard. I contacted another firm and was put off about one minute in because the person who answered the phone was not pleasant and although she said I’d get a call back, I never did. I received an email asking if I’m still interested in meeting with them. When people are dealing with this level of stress, they want to hear a friendly voice on the other side of the phone, not someone who makes them feel like they’re bothering you.

All communication was very professional - from initial email confirmation of inquiry through the coordination of the consultation, to the actual consultation. I feel more reassured and prepared for the next steps in my case.
