I just finished creating my LLC through this company. First time small business owner so I had a bunch of questions. Email response is a bit slow, but phone response is fast and detailed. I'm more old school so I tend to call them up whenever I have questions. I'm in NYC so the cost savings for starting up the LLC was huge. I was skeptical at first but after doing some research everything seemed to line up. I registered for their annual registered agent service where you have your own portal where they upload your documents and notify you. Portal seems pretty straightforward. Only $50 a year which is affordable compared to other services I looked into. Everything has been documented well so far. I only started it this week so can't say much else on it yet. All in all, great experience and helpful staff.

They scam me. They northwest service is better then them.

New York Registered Agent LLC took the headache out of registering my business in New York. Registering a business may seem like a quick and easy task, but in some states like New York the process can get very complicated and expensive. There's nothing like thinking that you have the protection of a corporate entity and then finding out that you do not because your business was not properly registered. I don't have that fear. Every process is documented and accessible through a portal that makes it easy for me to manage and comply with all state requirements for my business. I also like that there are no hidden fees with them. All the processes are made plain and you can pick and choose which of their services you want. When I had questions and sent an email, I got a prompt personal response from Jessica Deeds. That's the kind of service I like: easy and accessible.
