Their service is an absolute no brainer for anyone setting up and managing an LLC. I work as a user experience designer and this is one of the few companies I've come across that does user experience right. They understand the actual problem facing anyone trying to register and maintain an LLC and they've created a product that solves it at scale. NY Registered Agent saved me hours of time and a lot of frustration by automating most of the paperwork through their website and services. Their customer service is also impeccable, knew exactly what I needed and provided the help quickly. Teresa and Rebecca were both so helpful even when I was trying to close my account. It's rare for a company to treat customers well who are ending their service and they should be applauded for that. I've also noticed the constant updates to their website in the past year. The new features such as form generation and custom services are really useful. They're like a modern tech company.

I've used New York Registered Agent LLC to form a Corporation in 2019 and an LLC in 2021. The service is prompt and accurate and they respond quickly to emails. The pricing is a transparent single all-in price that includes just a modest fee above the state filing fees. Competitors will charge more but make it appear less by presenting a low monthly payment rather than an all-in single fee. LLC customers will benefit from assistance with a simple and very economical publication requirement setup with direct links to reasonably priced newspaper ad templates and order forms. Should I need to form another entity in the future I'll use New York Registered Agent LLC (or their affiliates in other states) again.

Phenomenal Service. I had paid Monday, my LLC was done Tuesday. They are, from my research, the cheapest option available to open an LLC in NYC, and possibly in NY State and offer absolutely amazing customer service. They also have a customer portal where they communicate and send all your files to. Kelsey helped me on the phone with the LLC publication and she was amazing help. This is what you're looking for if you need to make an LLC, will be referring them to my friends.
