Lindsey handled my case with extraordinary professionalism and was able to achieve the best possible outcome for a speeding ticket I received while traveling back home from the Adirondacks on a dark, winding, and unfamiliar road where I lost track of my speed. The court was 2 hours away, which would have required 4 hours of driving on a work night for me to appear myself in hopes of a plea that would come with 0 points. Instead, I decided to reach out to a traffic attorney who then referred me to John J. Lindsey. Right out the gate John was polite, quick to respond, answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly, and allowed me to have peace of mind. He was able to reduce my ticket from a 4 point violation to a 0 point parking violation, allowing me to maintain my clean driving record. I hope no one needs a traffic attorney. But if you do, John Lindsey is your guy.

After I got a ticket for accidentally passing a stopped school bus in Guilderland, my friend referred me to a ticket lawyer in Syracuse, who then referred me to his friend John in Albany. Sending an inquiry and explaining my situation on his website was so easy and he responded via email literally within the hour. He explained all the steps needed to be taken and assured me that he would do his best to work with the judges and reduce my ticket to that of a lesser significance. Well, a little over a month later and John emailed me saying that my ticket (that was going to cost me 5 points on my license and a huge fine) was successfully reduced to a parking ticket with no points and a very small fine. I’d like to think that maybe I’m just lucky, but that would not be true - it was thanks to John. He was extremely fast to reply to every email, and was always super friendly, professional, and answered any silly questions that I had along the way. I barely did anything other than scanning him over a copy of my ticket, he took care of everything else. A massive weight off my shoulders for a small fee. I highly recommend John to anyone in Albany that’s dealing with traffic ticket troubles!

John was incredibly communicative and diligent in his process with me, emailing me the entire time about every step of the journey. Getting a ticket is stressful, and I think nobody should go through it by themselves. Mr. Lindsey worked through two tickets with me from start to finish. He is the best person to help you go through the process. He is professional, prompt with responses, super helpful. He represented me in the court, helped avoid getting points on my DL and insurance. The cost to hire him to do the work is very reasonable and you save yourself lots of money and headache with the judicial system. Highly recommend him!
