Working with John was a great experience! I was traveling through Rotterdam and was holding my phone for directions (5 points). I subsequently received a UPM violation. John represented me in court, so I didn't have to drive 2+ hours to Rotterdam, got the texting/driving charge reduced to a violation that only carries 2 points, and got the UPM violation thrown out.
