Charlene Fallon did a wonderful job settling a case regarding an accident my daughter had on Memorial Day weekend in 2019. Being an RN like Charlene I really appreciated the patience and empathy she showed my daughter and me over the almost 3 years she worked on our case. Charlene is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. She kept us updated with frequent emails and did a wonderful job explaining legal terms and strategies with us who have no legal knowledge or experience.
