Martin helped my sister and I through an extremely difficult situation. He was friendly, understanding, and always responded quickly to any question we had. He was wonderful to work with, and I truly don't know know what we would have done without his help!

Let me start this off by saying that Martin Bonventre is an excellent attorney. He represented me in court for close to a year and a half, and there wasn’t a single time I felt uncomfortable or unsafe with him as my attorney. From the beginning, Martin understood the severity and unjustness of the situation I was in. Dealing with legal issues was something I had never encountered before and Martin, for lack of a better term, ‘dumbed’ things down for me in a way that I could understand. Every single time I visited his office, I was greeted with the upmost kindness and sincerity from everyone on the Kindlon team. Lee Kindlon represented me once in court when Martin was unavailable and I felt just as secure. The secretary in the office, Heidi, did a stellar job and always forwarded my messages to Martin if he was assisting another client at the time. Martin is a different kind of attorney. He is so incredibly wise and poised and educated yet also is able to be a genuine compassionate human at the same time. In the kindest way possible, Martin is one of the few attorneys who is able to be a real person. He checked on me very regularly to make sure I was doing okay and to ask how I was handling things. He has a heart and understands situations that people are often put into outside of their control and they don’t know what to do. From my understanding, Martin primarily represents clients in Albany county which envelops a lot of challenging towns and local judicial systems and he truly excels at what he does. If you want an attorney who is well known for being clear, direct, and respected for what he does, go with Martin. If you want an attorney who is kind, compassionate, and will fight for what’s right, go with Martin. I truly can’t recommend him enough and I’m so thankful I had him representing me the last year and a half. As crazy as it might sound, I’m going to miss meeting and talking with my attorney.

Martin is by far the best defense lawyer anyone could ever ask for. He cares about his clients and works to the best of his ability to get you what you want. I highly recommend him. Prices are great for the tremendous amount of time work and energy he puts into your case. Really respectful man. He treated me and my family as if we were family. Let's just say he worked miracles and never steered me in the wrong direction. #1lawyer

A couple years ago I was riding into work on New Year's Eve, and I stupidly brought along my prescriptions. I also had a prior DWAI charge. I got pulled over, cops did the math and it was a true case of wrong place wrong time. I first spoke with a paid public defender, she said she couldn't get it plead down and wouldn't even entertain the notion that I was operating my vehicle lawfully. Then I hired Martin. Immediately from the adjournment court appearance I could tell he knew what he was doing. He pushed me to the front of the line in court because "that's how we (his legal team) rolls." He jumped at every opportunity to keep the prosecution in check. As time went on I began to actually doubt my own innocence because I was forgetting what happened. Martin assured me "you didn't do s**t" and after a couple more months without the DA submitting a single piece of evidence he successfully moved to have my case thrown out on speedy trial grounds. Martin is just the type of person you want on your side. He will spare no effort to ensure that the justice system treats you truly fair. His rates can be costly but he's worth every penny, I promise. If not for him, I would be stuck carless for the foreseeable future and have a criminal record. You can't put a price on your freedoms and future. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
