I had a ticket with the Town of Kinderhook Court and after multiple attempts to speak to the DA I had lost any hope of resolving it myself. So I contacted Mr. Joshi and he told me not to worry about a thing and that he would have it settled right away, I just needed to give him time to work and be patient and so I did. My journey was a very long one to say the least. However, working with Rakesh allowed me time to see the light at the end of my darkest tunnel. I’ll plea the 5th with the details but imagine doing a 5k run towards the trooper fund and loosing over 14lbs of weight in the process. It was the most expensive workout plan ever lol (I can find the humor at my own expense now that it’s over). I was charged with a DWI in Schenectady, PLUS a bunch of other tickets with many points, and in addition to all that, there was an allegation of a accident, leaving scene of accident etc. Over all, a very complex case. Mr Joshi through his efforts and patience and hard work got it all reduced to a single count of Dwai, an infraction. I dont have a criminal record because of him.
