We were referred to David to do a will/trust/POA from someone with whom my father does business. My father had been reluctant, but decided to meet with David. David is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. My father can be difficult but David took his time and answered all of my father's questions. Some of the questions were asked several times. He made sure my father understood every aspect. David was always professional and courteous. In the end my father and I were very satisfied.

Dave has been a great asset for a separation and Trust/Will/PoA services. He has always been attentive and took the time to explain the processes in ways that I could understand. The manner in which he conducted himself would be professional but would also make you feel comfortable given the topics of discussion were sometimes difficult in nature. I will continue to utilize Dave as a resource in the future.

David was so helpful during our home buying experience. As first time homeowners we knew very little and constantly had all types of questions! I often felt bad constantly emailing him questions, however he constantly reassured me that it was completely normal and he was happy to answer any questions we had at any time! He was very knowledgable and timely with his replies and getting back to me! I would definitely recommend David for anyone seeking legal representation!

As a first time home buyer David provided the guidance and expertise required to get me through the entire process. He was realistic with the timeline and always kept me informed on the current status of the purchase. When an issue was encountered David went above and beyond and thought outside the box to propose an acceptable solution to all parties.

After attending a seminar on estate settlement, I was very impressed by his knowledge of estates and estate planning. I made an appointment for my wife and I to get our wills updated. David did a great job pointing out our various options. The wills were prepared in a timely manner and we were very satisfied.

My father-in-law recently passed away leaving a very outdated will. There was more bureaucratic red tape than we could have ever imagined. Dave expertly guided us though every twist and turn right to the end when the estate was settled. My wife and I were so pleased with Dave's efforts, we had him draft our own wills.

My wife and I were both very comfortable from begining to end. He has a vast wealth of knowledge and has a great ability to transfer your wishes into legal documents which protect you going forward.

David did an excellent job of handling all of our legal needs. He started with putting together a prenup for us and then he went on to put together a will, health care proxy, and a few other documents. He was great to work with...very professional and responsive. I'd recommend him to friends and family members also.

I met David at a networking event and we chatted at length regarding contract law (some schooling and experience in contracts and torts) as it applied to my business. It didn't take too long to feel comfortable with David's experience, approach, and knowledge. I retained David to review my existing agreement (which has also been reviewed by two other local firms). My instincts were right on. David bore into the agreement, followed both logical and legal formatting, and came out the other side with a revised contract that is near bulletproof, yet can be understood by an 8th grader. Frankly, it could be the model contract for anyone in the performing entertainment business. What I personally appreciate about David the most is his smooth, unflappable, eyeball to eyeball, gentle demeanor. It's as reassuring as one's favorite binky.

My partner and I first spoke with David A. Kubikian about a real estate matter, and he gave us excellent advice and did not charge us for it. About six months later when we had a different real estate matter in regards to added fees on a mortgage statement, we hired him to help us get the fees removed after our numerous attempts resulted in going in circles with nothing resolved. David got it solved for us, even though he ended up going in some of the same circles during the process. However, in the end he wrote a letter that got it all taken care of. I think that he is very honest and knowledgeable.

He was my lawyer when I bought my house and he was excellent in everything. He was on time with all the paperwork and apiontments. I will recommend him to every one I know.
