In all honesty, I am extremely grateful for everyone at Pyorrs & Serres LLP but none more so the Amanda Potamitis. Ms. Potamitis has help me step by step through all of the vigorous paperwork that I had to deal with, she has always taken the time out to return all my calls promptly and answered all my questions and if there was anything that she didn't understand, she would make sure to get he right answer for me. Ms. Potamitis has always respond back to all of my emails never once complaining about it and for that I will forever be grateful for all of Ms. Potamitis continued help for years to come.

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT @ PYRROS & SERRES FOR 10YRS., AND 2 BE HONEST, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. AS A LAW FIRM THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT IN BOTH WORKERS' COMP. N DISABILITY CASES. THEY WON BOTH MY WORKERS COMP. N DISABILITY CASES ON THE FIRST TRY. I DID NOT START W/ MS. AMANDA POTAMITIS, BUT I ENDED W/ HER AS A PARA-LEGAL/CASE MANAGER. I THINK AMANDA IS AN ASSET 2 THE FIRM. IN MY PERSONAL OPINION AMANDA HAS DEMASTRATED NOTHING BUT A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC, SIGNS OF COMPASSION N EMPATHY, A GOOD LISTENER WHICH IS A VERY IMPORTANT QUALITY IN A PERSON, ANSWERS UR QUESTION, N WHEN SHE DOESN'T HAVE AN ANSWER FOR U, SHE WILL DO HER VERY BEST TO OBTAIN THE ANSWER 2 UR QUESTION, SHE WILL TELL U WHAT U NEED 2 HEAR, NOT WHAT U WANT 2 HEAR, HER HONESTY IS SOMETHING THAT GETS MY UP MOST RESPECT. IT'S A QUALITY THAT I MOST ADMIRE IN ANY PERSON. MS. AMANDA IS A VERY OPEN-MINDED YOUNG LADY, PASSES NO JUDGEMENT ON ANYONE, N DOES HER BEST 2 HELP HER CLIENTS. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT. I, COULD HONESTLY STATE THAT MS. AMANDA POTAMITIS IS A PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT OF HER DUTIES, N A GOOD PERSON IN GENERAL. I STRONGLY BELIEVE, SHE HAS A VERY GOOD FUTURE....RAQUEL:)

Amanda Potamitis my WC case manager at Pyrros & Serres LLP handled my 2009 and 2011 cases very professional I'm very satisfied , she answered or returned every call promptly and when I walked in never waited more than 5 minutes to see her and answered and explained every question accurately in plain english, so what can I say 10+.
