Monica Saran is a very professional, and experienced immigration attorney. Me and my husband are so happy we found Monica to help us and apply for my husband's Green card. Our case was a bit complicated due to my husband overstayed his tourist visa. Monica submitted all documents for us and prepared us very well for the interview. After we applied in June, 6 months later we got an invite for interview. Interview was not easy, officer asked us a lot of questions, but Monica prepared us so well, we didn't have any problems and a week later my husband received Green Card in the mail. We are so happy we found Monica, and we highly recommend her for any immigration case you have. She is kind, patient and during the process she is very responsive and she will always be there for you for any questions or concerns you may have.

After going through a few Immigration Lawyers, I decided to take a chance with Atty. Monica Saran based on the reviews online; I am not regretting it, she handled my tricky situation as my spouse is an active duty but she explained the process and what I have to do and handled everything. when we got our interview schedule, my spouse isn't available that month due to military commitments that set prior. We still showed up to the USCIS on the day and Atty. Monica explained the situation to the USCIS officer, and the officer proceeded with the interview. The officer didn't let the situation play a role nor gave me a hard time during the interview even though I was without my spouse. Overall, Atty. Monica is very good at handling clients and every situation. I would recommend if you are shopping for Immigration Lawyers.
