Monica is the best imigration lawyer in NYC. I got my green card based on marriage. One of my friend of friend has referred to me . In the beginning I wasn't that much sure how the case ll end up . She is very calm and knowledgeable. You gotta listen her and no rush just let her do the way that she wants : timing , sending the documents and inquires. My case almost took 3 years . We failed at the first interview but we thought it is ok without her . Then , after preparing for the second one with her we 'v passed easily and got 10 years green card . I had a very difficult immigration case that seemed hopeless. Lucky for me, I found Monica and she have been beacon of my dark dark tunnel to legal residency! I wont get into the details of my case, but i honestly thought my next choice was to move back to my motherland despiting being raised in NY my entire life. Mrs Saran words can't say how thankful i am for all the work you did on my case, Mrs Saran make my process of adjustment of status base on 245i law successfully; before i went to others lawyer and they told me it was impossible they no even check my documents on this days that immigration law are getting so complicated you need a lawyer like Mrs Saran that study your case, she send my adjusment of satus package so complete i never received a request for evidence and even in the interview they didn't ask me for any more papers, thank you Mrs Saran
