I had a free consultation with Dick Gunger and he was extremely helpful. His staff was incredibly friendly and set me up with a consultation very quickly. He guided me through the process and is a very smart Attorney. I had another matter in Wayne Count that he gave solid advise on. Now I understand why he has so many positive reviews on the internet. If you are ever in need of legal services this is the Lawyer you want to hire. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Mr Gunger handled my Federal Court case in a very fast and thorough manner. He is a very honest and dependable Lawyer. I've used his services for several years and has never let me down. I've referred many people to him over the years and they have been happy with his work too. I really appreciate him and his friendly secretaries. Simply put. If you are looking for a friend this is the lawyer to retain. If you are looking for a lawyer go elsewhere. Mr Gunger is friendly but I was very displeased with how my litigation case was handled. My case took 2 years to complete due to Mr Gunger cancelling on me 4 times. Twice he was sick twice he had a family emergency. My paperwork was mishandled and missing at time of testimony and he asked on two seperate occasions for more money. Very little guidance in regards to law and case handling. Spent $$$ on a lesson learned.

I hired Mr Gunger to handle a case that I thought was honestly unwinnable. He indicated to me at my free consultation that he would research the law at no cost and would get back to me in approximately 3 weeks. After about 2 weeks I received a call from his secretary indicating that I needed another appointment to speak with him. Mr Gunger advised me that he had found a case similar to mine and suggested that we start a lawsuit. He didn't guarantee me any particular result but was very positive although I continued to doubt my case from day one. A lot of it was "he said she said". When it was time to go to Court Mr Gunger called 2 witnesses and was totally prepared on all of my facts after he asked me to do a diary of them. After waiting a month for a decision from the court I was shocked to see that we had won the case. Mr Gunger obtained a judgment for me and is working on collecting my money free of charge. I could not be more happy on how well my case was prepared from start to finish. He is all business and won my case when I never thought I had a chance. Thank you so much sir and thank you for not taking advantage of me.
