I was referred to MDASR by my labor attorneys after I had a work related injury. When it became apparent that I would not be able to return to my job, I wanted an attorney consult regarding the filing for a disability pension with the State of New York. I spoke with Mr. Sean Riordan who explained the entire process to me, and all the possible outcomes. I elected to move forward and have Sean file my application. During the long process, Sean was available to answer any questions or concerns that arose. Carol was not only thorough when it came to getting my Social Security case started, but kept in contact to make sure all the documentation was needed and submitted. Additionally, Carol worked on my case (while sick mind you) and ensured that all went smoothly to forward to Social Security. Now that Carol's work is done as far as getting the case started, I am really going to miss the interaction. Carol did state that even though she will no longer be involved after submission, if I had any questions I could still contact her which is very important to me.
