Explained and educated us regarding the process. Once we sorted other matters out, we retained Mr Donohue to assist throughout the application process. The paralegal, Ms Christina Maloney, is a professional at what she does. She made gathering the right paperwork easier. Most of the time - it was waiting for the paperwork to be processed. Christina answered our questions and helped us follow up on status updates. We had a few unique questions throughout, Mr Donohue and his colleagues were able to assist.
