From the first call, Jimmy was professional, helpful and friendly. He set up our appointment to meet with Wayne to create a trust. Wayne was so helpful, knowledgeable, insightful, patient and professional with the right mix of personality to make it a pleasant experience. All paperwork was done efficiently and all calls/memos were answered immediate. so far, this process has been very easy under Wayne’s leadership and council .
