We had an excellent experience with this firm, as we navigated creating a trust for my mother-in-law. The initial meeting and follow-ups were excellent, as they showed great care for everyone involved. After the initial trust, power of attorney, and health care proxy documents were created, we continued to get great service. In particular Wayne Carrabus has been so diligent in answering e-mails and taking phone calls as we navigate the difficulties of Medicaid in New York. If you are working through estate concerns with an aging parent, I highly recommend this firm. I wish only we had gone to them sooner to help our planning.

There’s no time like the present, right? My husband and I have two young kids and for the last year we kept putting off organizing our will and accompanying legal documents. Frankly, we didn’t know where to start. Wayne Carrabus took the time to listen to all our thoughts, opinions, considerations, and concerns. He patiently explained and re-explained the differences between terms like Power of Attorney agent, trustee, and an executor (terms we thought we understood until we put pen to paper). This process was stressful only for the simple reason that we were talking through circumstances we hope never occur as a young couple and only realize in our elder age.
