I required assistance for the ongoing changes in my mom who suffered with Alzheimer’s disease and who also had a fragile and difficult to decipher financial situation. Felicia helped me break all of it down in a step by step process. She provided thorough guidance and legal expertise that were essential in navigating the inevitable bumps one encounters when applying for community Medicaid, which allowed my mom to stay in her home, through estate planning, after she sadly passed. Her firm has a very warm feeling, like nobody is a stranger. She kept us informed every step of the way, and was available pretty much any time, day or night, weekday or weekend. Felicia Pasculli is an amazing attorney! She is an Elder Law attorney with over 20 years of experience.
