I was extremely happy with the service I recieved from everyone on staff at the Law Office of Dennis Vetrano. My lawyer, Danielle Hinton, was very helpful from the start. She answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She was informative and always accurate in telling me what I could expect to happen in court. She helped me feel confident in her and my case. The outcome of both my child support and custody case were better than I could've hoped for. I will recommend Kristen Ferris to any of my brothers and sisters in the Armed Forces dealing with New York Family Law related matters. As soon as I retained her for representation, she quickly took control of a highly volatile, contested support modification action and ensured that I was treated fairly by the court. Because of her, my ex and I were able to come to an acceptable, mutual agreement due to the fact that Kristen understands New York Family Law and the parameters of appropriate support. She was able to help me while I am serving in a foreign country on the other side of the world. Her paralegal team is also excellent and responsive. Dennis handled my custody case that had been going on for years prior to Dennis getting on the case. He fought harder and more vigorously than any attorney that I had prior to him. When faced with an obvious bias from the Attorney for my daughter he didn't think twice about bringing the judge's attention to that fact. It was incredible to have an attorney who listened and genuinely cared about my case and achieving the best outcome no matter how much work was necessary to get there. This law firm gave me two lawyers, both of them incompetent. The only person there was one paralegal that I could actually rely on, and she had to leave for maternity leave. The second lawyer, they gave me did not enter any of my evidence, or any of my witnesses at trial, claiming that it was too short notice, even though I had people ready and evidence ready that they had had in their possession for a while. This wasn’t a divorce. This was a case of domestic violence and domestic violence that directly affected my children and the outcome is now I have joint custody with this person. Thanks to Dennis Vetrano law firm not doing their job.

After so many times of feeling like I was being taken advantage of by the courts, my ex wife and her lawyers, I am so thankful I was referred to Dennis by another lawyer I had known. Being my case was a distance from my home I could not use the lawyer close to me. During my interactions with Dennis he always had the best intentions for me as his client and was able to present my case much better than I had expected. He was very intuitive to what my ex was trying to get away with and was able to present it to the courts and make them aware . My life changed drastically for the better after having Dennis represent me in court and I finally felt like someone understood my situation and how difficult it was in every aspect of my life. Highly recommended. Kristen Ferris is by far the best Family Court lawyer in New York State. After dealing with nonsense for 10+ years, Kristen fought for me to get full custody of my children, which is unheard of for the father to get custody in New York State.
