Going through a custody and child support case for the first time, (and last) walking into this firm was one of the most heartbreaking moments of my life. This was never a decision I seen myself making after my children were born. Upon first walking into the building the receptionist is one of the friendliest people on the planet. She greets you like she has known you her entire life. I met with Kristen who was not only welcoming, down to earth, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the process. I always had many questions and I’d always receive an answer in a timely manner. Kristens paralegal Erika would always respond if Kristen was not able to, which to me helped lessen many stressors. I would personally, highly recommend this firm if you’re ever going though the difficulties of child custody or support. Their professionalism yet compassion is something I will remember and respect. I don’t even have the words to explain how amazing Kristen and Erika are. I came dangerously close to representing myself in my divorce because I was under the impression everything would go smoothly. When I became concerned I reached out to Kristen and it was the best decision that I have ever made. Before I hired Vetrano, I had another attorney, and nothing was moving. I hired Vetrano and in that first week of having them as my attorney, I knew I was in the right place. My divorce went from moving at a snail's pace to suddenly we were on a jet plane. They just took over and things just started moving, rapidly. Kristin Farris went above and beyond for me, she never talked to me like she heard it 1000 times; and she called me after hours to make sure I knew what was happening. She really cares about what she's doing, and she was so good in court when we ended up there, and more important she was amazing as a human.
