It's my first time in a car accident, and I've suffered a serious head injury.I met Megan and was very impressed, but it was due to her assistant who gathered the information to be submitted to the insurance. My case flipped the wrong way. She directed me toward a workers' compensation lawyer. Four weeks later, I am still waiting for the case to be approved. In the meantime, no doctor or physical therapist will treat me until my claim is approved.Did I mention my head injury? Well, I’m experiencing not just extremely painful headaches but neck and back pain as well, and there’s nothing that I can do about it. Now I received a call from the workers' compensation lawyer saying that it was a mistake and that in order to clear it It will take about 8 months. It should have never been a workers' comp; it was just supposed to be a simple no-fault. I would have loved to give them a five-star review. But I am suffering.
