Walker Mackenzie's attorneys bring such warmth to a typically cold environment. When you speak with ANYONE in their office you feel confident they are more than qualified, super intelligent and cognizant of what normal human interactions should be like where at most others you feel as if you are just another client. Knowing you are backed by a large enough practice, with attorneys that are so keen on keeping clients relationships a priority is such a sigh of relief in a time where no one else knows or cares about customer service anymore. If I ever needed to hire them for PI (and I am thankful I didn't in this case as my wife ended up perfectly fine after her fall) it would be without hesitation that I call them again.
