When purchasing my first home I went with the attorney my realtor recommended, we weren't happy with communication and felt like our purchase was being overlooked in favor of others. This is were my search for an attorney started, looking at google I saw plenty of reviews for her, all positive. So, I called and she got back to me quickly. She was very proactive and i loved that, and when i say she communicated... I would send an email and shortly i would receive a reply. Corinne was always available and answered all my questions, this is the type of transaction/encounter I expect to have with an attorney. I felt my business valued and she was very knowledgeable. Throughout the process she handled herself very professionally and with excellent communication. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, she is a star.

We needed legal assistance in executing a real estate transaction involving a family trust, the trustee of which resided in another state. The transfer by mail involved a multiplicity of documents that required insight and coordination of a professional with the experience necessary to avoid unanticipated road blocks to moving the process forward. Corinne McBride was that professional. One case in point was the name change of the trustee that required documentation. Another was the last minute FedEx misplacement of crucial documents the day before closing as a consequence of a snow storm. Corinne made two trips to the FedEx facility on the morning of closing to track the documents down in order to avoid delay of closing. Lastly, Corinne's prompt accessibility afforded us the confidence we needed in order to accomplish a smooth transaction. We have had many real estate transactions, and the one which could have been the most problematic turned out to be the easiest of all of them thanks to Corinne.
