I needed a real estate lawyer to close a sale on a rental property and had used a few other local real estate lawyers that simply were not good. I looked on here (Google reviews) which has fairly accurate reviews (especially if a business or service is NOT good) and Corinne McBride had all 5 star ratings, a rarity on Google reviews. I called the number and received a call back within a few minutes. Corinne gave me everything she provided as an attorney, what I needed to do on my end and her fee all up front. No nonsense, all honesty. She kept me abreast throughout the experience with weekly emails and/or phone calls and always responded in a timely fashion if I had a concern or question. The closing went off without incident. I have been through quite a few closings both as a buyer and seller and there's always an issue, well not with Corinne. If you need a real estate lawyer I cannot tell you how important it is to have one that is competent and thorough. I would have paid double her fee, she's that good. Don't use a "family friend" or a Saul Goodman type lawyer, it's cliche but you get what you pay for and you will get a personable, professional and proper legal representation with Corinne McBride.

Corinne is awesome! My only regret is not crossing paths sooner. Corinne is available 24-7. She's a great negotiator, transparent, and hard working. She is fair, priced reasonably, and has your best interest in mind always. I'm grateful that I was introduced to her through one my clients. She's a pleasure to work with, has a great personality, and even on vacation, she still keeps your deal moving forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks for all you do Corinne.
