I had a very bad experience it’s been 2 years and still no divorce. I have given them over 2000.00 in filing fees and I had to ask for copies and they try to charge me for it couldn’t even look at my files they changed and fired several secretaries as well. No one ever called me I had to always call and still waiting for my divorce. Worst ever!!!!!

Ms. Arevalo is no less than an amazing individual and professional! Worth every single penny and more to be honest! She walked me through every step of the custody process and made sure I got the most favorable outcome! I appreciate how responsive and patient she is as well as her killer boss attitude in the courtroom! It's honestly a sight to see!

Attorney Arevalo is a rock star lawyer. She handled an extremely challenging and ongoing case for me. She was the third attorney I worked with and was the only one to resolve a complex issue that I was beginning to think was not solvable. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, determined and uses the appropriate amount of pressure to produce results. She was professional and responsive, even late at night. I was able to get a refund on the retainer but the experience was so negative that I still remember it and she handled my case over a year ago. Unprofessional- showed up late to court and had me waiting around. Would not return any calls and made it very evident that assisting me (a paying client) was a burden. The last and final lack of professionalism was, a change in my case that she didn’t inform me until I emailed her on a Sunday as last resort, she replied I was going to get back to you but I was on vacation over the weekend (on Tuesday’s afternoon via email) I had an urgent child custody matter and my lawyer Belinda on retainer was on vacation unresponsive while already knowing what was going on with my case never informed me, mistake that hindered me throughout my case. I would not recommend, even to someone I am not fond of. Please do your research and be attentive during the consultation. I was not and wasted money and most valuable time. If your case is important to you, make sure you find a lawyer that feels the same. Once you make payment, Belinda sees no importance in the case.

From our first consultation with Belinda we knew we were in the right hands. My fiance and I were dealing with an uncooperative ex-wife who was making it difficult for my fiance to spend quality time with his daughter as there was no written visitation agreement in place. Belinda helped us get exactly what we wanted - a structured, fair and very generous visitation agreement, enforceable by law, which the ex-wife must abide by. Because of Belinda we can now plan family vacations with the child without any worries. We also have guaranteed holidays and vacation time. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Should we need to deal with any violations to the visitation agreement we will definitely be hiring Belinda and her firm again!
