Ava was a gem of a find when I found myself in a custody battle for my two boys. She knows the art of remaining patient and not letting ego or emotions get in the way. She has decades of experience in law and managing the court processes. My case was what they call a high conflict case with a varied range of issues. She went up against the most unscrupulous attorney and handled it with flawless class. Her strategy is simple, she was always very prepared and knew the details of my case, and more importantly the law. She always made me feel confident that every hearing we attended we'd come out one step closer to a positive outcome for my boys. She understands its not just a case, it is the welfare of a family in her hands. Custody battles are not a win/lost situation. She is not in it for the win. Instead she gives you insight so you can get the best outcome for the entire family regardless of what side of the table they sit on. In the end it is only the children that suffer and she really tries to limit the amount of pain the children have to endure. I gained custody early on in my case. Despite that she still tried to negotiate a amicable agreement. Unfortunately the situation did not end amicably. Ultimately custody of the children remained with me. The Family Court system is very difficult to navigate and the process is very long. The Court prefers parents to figure it out on their own...sometimes during that long process parents come to a mutual agreement. Sometimes they don't. When they don't great lawyers like Ava are your guiding light. She is the real deal!

My experience with Ava has been excellent. I had her as my attorney back in 2014. She represented me in my custody hearing and also helped me get my daughter back from ACS due to domestic violence with her abusive father. Once Ava was on the scene they gave my daughter right back to me. She beat my case in 2014. I love how well she represented me she also informed me on everything that was happening with the case. It’s 2020 and I’ve chosen to have Ava represent me again in yet another custody battle with my daughters father.

I hired Ava for an uncontested divorce. It took two years and I didn't get any positive result. After taking $1500 from me, her stuff were so rude and they do not get back to me to tell me whats happening. When finally after two years they told me I have a court hearing, she gave me the choice of paying extra $650 more to represent or sign a paper that she is no longer my lawyer. I chose to sign the paper because it is uncontested and nothing to represent me for. It took them till a day to my court hearing to present me with the paper to sign after numerous calls. Also they refused to give me my file stating that I go to the court and ask for a copy. My experience with her and he stuff was very very horrible. Great food price and service very friendly

I retained Ava for a split custody hearing, after she got my money she ghosted me for 2 months. When I finally threatened to call the grievance counsel and file a complaint she sent me a check that bounced. I had to go to her office and demand that I get cash if she didn't want me to file a police report do not hire this this con artist.
