Dangerous economically law office, Mr. Napolitano wasted my time for two weeks without response when I wanted to sell my property. 100% lack of communication, my Realtor sent all paperwork to his office to start selling my property and after one week, 7 days without response, after that week I called again Monday and his rude secretary transferred me to Phil Napolitano, and he didn't even checked all my documents and paperwork, and then he wanted to solve and fix his ineptitude right at the moment without organizing and planning. I'm mad because he made me loose money and time. LAZY, UNORGANIZED, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, UNRESPONSIVE, IRRESPONSIBLE, INNEFECTIVE. I don't recommend this "attorney" for any Real Estate transaction. I went to other excellent Law Office Firm and it was the opposite, very decent, honor, very private , with separate rooms for seller and buyer at closing, and smooth transaction. I have been in Real Estate for some years, and if you think in contacting Phil Napolitano Law office, please think twice, you will loose money and time. Time is money, and you'll waist it with this "law office".

I will never forget that Memorial Day weekend that I got a phone call from my son's friend that he had been involved in a bad accident. He was the passenger in a UTV vehicle driven by another boy. Whether it was too fast or bad terrain, the result was the vehicle flipped and my son was ejected. His left leg was broken in several places and his other was just an open gash below the knee. There was talk about a helicopter ambulance service since they were afraid of brain injury or other internal trauma. It was a long night with emergency surgery and a long summer as my son spent time in the hospital and in rehabilitation at home in a wheel chair. A friend of mine referred me to Daniella and her team. I made the call and it was a decision I have never regretted. The care and concern shown for my son by her and her staff was incredible. I felt and heard the empathy in her voice as we talked through what had happened and what was in store for us. My son will require additional surgery to remove the metal and pins in his leg and I believe he may have issues with that leg in the future. But he is truly luck be alive. Daniella and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. On that you can be certain. No question went unanswered. Phone calls were returned quickly and I had total confidence in the outcome. I would recommend her and her team over and over again, to anyone. My sincere thanks to your entire team Daniella for getting us through a tough time, but one that had a very good outcome in the end.

I had 2 stressful closing on 2 properties one day after the other and Phil Napolitano. manage to pull it through. the communication is great the quality of there work is is professional. The secretary Rosie was wonderful she was on top of my closing every step of the way, and gave me good communication response. Mr. Napolitano kept me always updated and very polite. Phil is awesome!! Honestly we all know the hassle of closing on any real estate deal and the financials that go into it, however on the day of closing his fee was the only thing I was more then happy to pay, I will never use another real estate lawyer except for him when it comes to the New York Tri- State area! His experience and knowledge is worth more then his fee! Thank you again Phil we will be seeing you in the future !
