Phil is very good and client centric professional. I was first time home buyer, did not know anythings about buying home. He explained me every steps of the buying process. He explained the risk of of taking each decision i had to take. He showed me the way when i could not take decision. I got great help from him.

On December 13, 2018 I contacted this office for their services, they responded the same day with an appointment at 3:30pm which was great. I explained my situation to Nereida C. Hernandez, ESQ and sent the documents that she requested the same day via email. Sound goods right? I never received a response until i emailed and called her on Jan 02, 2019, she then responds with an apology attached is a picture of her response. I will never use this office for any kind of service, very irresponsible of her and never returned my phone call. This was an urgent matter and clearly she just didn't care. Think twice when reaching out to this office!
