I was introduced and asked Phil to help me with a case that was practically dead.
Others had worked on this case for several months with zero results .
Phil managed to bring all parties involved with this case together, negotiate settlements with everyone and close the transaction within two months.
I just wish he had allowed more than five stars in his link. - But again, that's Phil, Always looks after others before himself.

I highly recommend Phil and his team of experts. Just closed on my home and couldn’t be any happier by the representation all throughout the transaction. I was a pain in the neck originally, but they had all the patience to carry me out through closing. Rosie is a doll and is seriously great at multitasking. I give her a lot of credit for all the work that she has on her hands.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable real estate team then choose the Law office of Phil Napolitano. Phil and his team make the daunting process of selling a home easy. His assistant Rosie Feliciano was amazing, always providing information quickly and efficiently. Phil was very helpful when dealing with the unforeseen issues of selling a home. I was a first time home buyer and was a little disappointed but maybe it's just me. I would've liked some extra one on one attention, hold my hand through this first major purchase. Other than that, I can't lie Rosie (office manager, deserves a raise) was excellent at helping me keep my cool throughout a long 6 months closing process. At closing, I was expecting a long drawn out process but I was in and out in 45 mins with a clear understanding of every piece of paper i was signing so I have to give Phil major credit for that. Overall Phil and Rosie know their stuff.
