My father and I had an issue with a tenant who was from section 8, and we have had the issue for a while. When we met with Mr. Stark, he didn’t expect money upfront unlike other lawyers, instead he would investigate the case & look for options, then would let us know what we could do. We thank Mr. Stark for the good outcome of the court case, and of how quick we got over it.

2020 was a rough year for everyone I'm sure. In the same month I lost my job my landlord decided to sell his property. Some months pass and I was pretty much lost until my Union referred me to Mr. Stark. I think he knew I was confused and nervous and ensured me everything would work out once I explained my situation. My particular case involved two parties and boy can i say Mr. Stark did his thing to help resolve my issues. Great experience, made me feel confident.
