All the staff representatives are very professional. They are very familiar with the industry. Regarding cases and working with the team they go out of their way to help and put in the effort for a successful case. Regarding their communication they always get back to you when you need them.

Mr. Stark gives great advice. He is quick to the point, thorough, direct, and a good supportive listener. He is everything that you want in a lawyer. And, most importantly, he is kind.

In my 25+ year's of working in R.E. Management I've worked with various landlord/tenant attorneys, while most L/T attorneys take the easy route of stipulating their cases and use the "we'll you know how judges are" excuse - Brian always represents my cases in the manner I expect whether it's arguing a case, taking it to trial, and never backing down from a fight. I recommend Stark Law to anyone who needs help with tenants. As my first introduction to Mr Stark, I emailed him and I received a response the same day and he even called me to explain in details and giving very knowledgeable advice. All this without being his client. He was very concerned with my issues and how to solve them then him gaining a client. He is a lawyer who definitely cares for landlords.

We had a crazy tenant who was late from the first month of paying rent. she had consistently being late, after 3 months not paying rent, she sued me for landlord harassment for asking for rent. I finally decided to start an eviction case, I first went to another attorney, but it was a nightmare, the front desk of that attorney was extremely rude, and he didn’t not want what you to call to ask for case updates. I then decided to take my case to Mr. Stark. I noticed the professionalism from the beginning, the friendly and helpful staff in his office too. (Shout out to Arthur! Arthur always answered my emails and if I happened to catch him on the phone he’s pleasant to speak with). Mr. Stark took my eviction case and landlord harassment case. He negotiated $8500 back rent for me during the court appearance. I received the money in May(in the mid of Corona Virus pandemic), which really helped. My tenant finally moved out in July without taking her belongings and furnitures. Mr. Stark advised time to get a written surrender from my tenant before I throw out her stuff that’s still in the apartment. I did just that, now I finally have my house back, so a big thank you to Mr. Stark and his staff. Like I said to him, I don’t want to evict another person in my life, but if I have to do it, Mr. Stark is my top pick!
