Many of us are not thinking about filing bankrupcy, but there are issues that do arrise which forces you to file for bankrupcy. Bankrupcy was far from my mind. Mr. Park successfully represented me when I was wrongly accused of driving with a suspended license a couple of years ago and accidentally hit someone who was jaywalking in the middle of the night w/dark clothes on. I was (wrongly) arrested and had to spend five days in Essex County Lockup. Yes... it's horrible just like you see on tv. With the help of his office, Mr. Park proved that I should have never had a suspended license in the 1st place and that I was wrongly jailed. If not for his help, god knows how long I would have been locked up for. Since then, I've used him on a couple of other occasions which both turned out positive in my behalf. He's one of those lawyers that definitely don't live up to the "shady lawyer" reputation... he's a real people person that actually shows he cares. I'd definitely recommend his services.
