She’s the biggiest scam I ever seen she takes advantage of the Yemeni community and very nasty attitude when you go to her office and she stole my kids paperwork and said she lost them so she can resell them in Djibouti

Will never answer your phone calls, 9 out of 10 calls will be to leave a message. After you finally get in contact with any of their offices they will give you WHATEVER excuse necessary to get you to get off the phone. They have told me to wait for calls from managers and others within a week or so and NEVER got any type of call back from anyone. This office will not help you at all with your case. They will not answer your calls. All I got was a headache and 7500$ wasted
