Ethics complaints…look elsewhere!!

Don't waste your time!!!!. Unethical and untrustworthy. There are plenty of attorneys out there that will do a reasonable job. This office is horrendous.

Mr Rogers work so hard! He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had to get rid of a tenant, not an average tenant, but a professional tenant. And Mr Rogers did everything and got this guy out of my building. I would highly recommend him .

I am so glad to have trusted Evan Rogers and his team with my holdover eviction case. I had a nightmare tenant who after her lease ended decided to refuse to move out or pay any rent. Evan Rogers explained the entire eviction process to me step by step, and made me feel like everything was going to be ok because I was really freaking out since I was a new landlord since 2021 and this was unfortunately my first tenant, and this situation was totally new territory for me. I contacted Rogers about a landlord/tenant case. Mr. Rogers was professional and effective. We went to Court and he won the case. Tenants moved out even sonner than I had expected. At a time when removing tenants is so difficult, he was able to do it in a speedy process. His office assistant was also very helpful and always answered my questions and concerns. I have known and used Evan Rogers as my attorney for almost 25 years. He stands for the utmost in integrity, professionalism and has the highest moral character. He handled my mothers estate when she died and he charged us according to what the law says he should charge. Other attorneys were trying to overcharge us, but not Mr. Rogers. He took care of everything and kept me informed the entire time. I did not have to worry about anything. When I sold a rental property that I owned, I again used him for the closing. Everything went smoothly without any issues. When I recently sold my family home he took care of everything and even handled an intricate title issue that he got resolved smoothly. Throughout the years I have called him with various questions and concerns from landlord tenant concerns, refinances, sales and purchases he has always made time for me and answered my questions truthfully and insightfully. I consider him to be not only my attorney, but my friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great and knowledgeable attorney. He is the best attorney in New York and probably the entire east coast. I would also like to give praise to his staff Stacy and Brenda, keep up the great work! They make the impossible possible!!

If you enjoy being berated and not being able to get a word in, this is the establishment for you. I've never spoken to a person more rude than Stacey. Incredibly unprofessional and it completely turned me off to their services. Beware.
