Evan Rogers was professional, courteous, fast, efficient... he got things done! After a long drawn out crazy process with other lawyers giving us the runaround I decided to look for another and I'm so glad I did! What other people couldn't get done in months took Evan days to weeks to do and I'm so grateful!

Mr Rogers has been our lawyer for years now, he’s not only our lawyer but a mentor to my wife and I. A down to earth, no nonsense kind of lawyer that tells you exactly what to expect and does not sugarcoat anything. Mr Rogers has won all of our cases with ease and piece of mind, even through the pandemic we had 2 tenants that needed to go and Mr Rogers stuck by us, even with the courts not hearing cases we were able to get some hearings. Every time we go to his office with aggravation and frustration due to the tenants, he and Stacy (who is awesome by the way) would calm us down and encourage us to be strong. Long story short, they’re both gone :-). This is the kind of people you want to represent you, someone who’s knowledgeable, professional, polite and actually listens to your concerns. We couldn’t thank you enough, Mr Rogers.

Please train your daughter to treat paying customers with respect and good manners. I feel taken advantaged of! I paid about $4,000 for this lawyer to tell me he was not taking my case. Why charged such high fee during a pandemic to abandon the case? They left me high and dry! I had to find a new lawyer a week from my landlord case court date, and with 4K down! Be professional! Be considerate! Guess what? I found a new lawyer and resolved my case! Hope you don’t treat other people like you did me! Not worthy!
