The hype is true. I was referred by someone and reluctantly reached out to request an appointment. From A to Z, all details were spelled out clearly including all required fees at each phase of the process. This firm swiftly went about the legal proceedings of removing the tenant from my home. The peace of mind I have had since then has been immeasurable. I cannot thank them enough for their legal savvy and diligent communication on all related matters. I recommend this firm all the way.

Can I give you guys 10 stars??? Evan is super efficient and knows all about NYC landlord/tenant laws. Stacey is such a pleasure to speak to. I had a nasty tenant that was not paying rent and Evan was able to get the tenant out quickly. Thank you so soooo much for helping me get rid of this nasty non-paying tenant.

This firm is well versed in the NYC housing battlefield. Although apparent to me that the NYC housing court is overly anti-landlord, Evan Rogers, Esq does an excellent job in minimizing the landlord's distress, and is enthusiastic about his role. This includes appearing in court on his own without me having to be there. While Evan is out there dealing with the court, there is excellent coverage in the office, as Stacy Rogers knows everything that is going on in her administrative role, not only keeping the client educated and updated, but having relevant documents ready for signature when time is of the essence. I hope I don't have too many difficult tenants in the future, but if I do, I know where to go!

By far the best landlord attorney in the Bronx. He is not the most inexpensive however, you will get the results and experience you pay for. Worth every penny!

i had a very bad tenet, She made my life hell, always calling police,damage my property . i went to Mr.Rogers after giving eviction notice to my tenet with other lawyer,but i read all review in online about Evan Rogers and i convinced ,he finish my case with in one month, my case went to court 12th June, court gave them just one month and 1st August tenet left. i am really grateful to Rogers, he is great lawyer ,Money is worth it.
