Finally a lawyer that represents landlords and offers five star service. Mr. Rogers as well as the staff are very organized and diligent in what they do. I always got my questions answered in detail and was spoken to with honesty from the first moment I spoke to Mr. Rogers.

Evan Rogers is the best lawyer in town! I am not just saying that. I encounter Mr. Rogers 7 days after my mother passed away 7 years ago in two 2010. I called his number he was on vacation and took a hour out of his vacation time to hear my story. Most lawyers cant even answer their phone when they are not on vacation. So I knew from the very start he was a super choice. You want a lawyer who listens,pays attention to detail and availible, extremely knowlegable Evan rogers has all of theses qualities along with being funny and personable. I was a young girl about 20 when I met him dealing with a scary process of handling my mothers estate. A vunerable age in which someone could of taken advantage of the money that was due me from her estate. Mr. Rogers had a heart and treated me like one of his daughters. He took on a role as a father fiqure in the process. He cares more about securing my funds for schooling than his own pocket. To some lawyers you are just a buck. A aspect of Evan rogers I am forever greatful for.This was 7 years ago I can still contact him and get needed assistance with out any trouble. If you need a lawyer look no further he is the last of a dying bread if bread even ever exsisted.

Evan helped us with a private sale of my mother's home in Bronxville area.
