I just wanted to come and leave an EXTREMELY positive review for Consumer Attorneys. I lost a good job because of an inaccurate background check and I figured "well, what could I do?" I had no idea. I started searching the web for solutions or just other people who experienced the same thing to see how they handled it and I found Consumer Attorneys. I really didn't know what to expect when I first called them but from the very beginning, they were kind and attentive while also being steadfast in their pursuit of a reasonable outcome for me. Dawn McCraw was awesome! She answered any questions I had, we joked around and she kept me motivated to not let this experience discourage me from going after jobs I wanted out of the fear of being rejected if this happened again. She reminded me that if I ran into this issue again, C.A. would be there for me and that was when I realized they care about people. As cliche as it sounds, they really do look out for the little guy. They resolved my case super fast.. I usually hear about things like this dragging out for years but Consumer Attorneys was in and out like a thief in the night.. that's a joke. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE. Seriously. Towards the beginning of March, I decided to file for divorce from my husband. I contacted Louis, Esq. after reading wonderful reviews his clients wrote about him on Google. He was direct and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to know about the process for filing for an uncontested divorce with him. Fortunately, in my situation, I did not have any children or assets with my now ex-husband. And he waived all his rights for spousal support. Since he filed my divorce documents through Jefferson County, within that same week, 4 days later my divorce was finalized. I am lucky because it usually takes one to three months to get finalized. Louis, Esq. called me over the phone to let me know and emailed documentation of proof from the Supreme Court about my divorce. I am grateful for him, and that he made this painful time in my life a bit easier. I highly recommend him!!!
