Working with this fabulous team was a great experience. They were honest and kept us abreast of every step. They worked hard to make sure workers comp treated us fairly. I have to shout out Julissa Rodriguez who never failed to answer my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. When I say timely I mean she would respond the same day or the next day at the latest. She explained things to us in detail and never once made us feel uncomfortable for asking her to explain things over and over to us until we understood. The entire team was great but I just had to give Julissa a big shout out. I would recommend this team from the disability guys to everyone.

His strategy is the end game, the end goal, to get what you want, in the fastest amount of time with the least amount of cost. Integrity is the first thing in mind. Akram helped me tremendously in a very complicated case with a difficult opponent both in Supreme and Family Court, providing excellent counsel and also accurately predicting the opponents strategy. I do not recommend, I had high hopes considering they had such positive reviews, however my experience has been anything but that. I am not sure if it is the language barrier or if they are just dense, nonetheless they make it impossible to speak to an attorney. For context, my student loan servicer flagged my nine student loan accounts and as a result, their statuses reflected as “derogatory” nine times on my credit report(s). The legal assistant contacted me to discuss my situation, I then provided her with all the documents as requested. I explained I attempted to dispute them on my own several times, however was unsuccessful and needed their legal assistance. After reviewing the requested, they stated they would help me with correcting the inaccuracies on my credit reports. I provided slam dunk evidence and thought the issue was being resolved, but it was not. Ultimately, the premise for my review is the unprofessionalism conducted. I had to reach out multiples times to follow-up on the progress as I would go weeks without hearing anything. Then I would randomly receive a text from the legal assistant inquiring if I asked my student loan servicer the reason why they flagged my accounts when I had explained I did already multiple times-- it’s like taking one step forward and then ten back, she was completely lost the entire time. Then after she did not bother to respond to my follow-up emails I called the office to speak with an attorney and they refused to connect me. She then proceeded to return the phone call and was oblivious to the fact that my nine student loan accounts were reporting as derogatory on my credit reports-- I did not think it was that complex of a concept to comprehend. But I digress, she then states they are unable to help me after two months of back and forth. Just go elsewhere where you’re actually able to speak to someone who passed the Bar and spare yourself the headache.

These people are the truth.I never thought that I would get the results that I received from Consumer Attorneys.In my case there were errors on my background checks that were getting me denied employment and housing.The people that were running my background checks and reporting the false information were held accountable.I am very pleased with Consumer Attorneys for being in my corner when it came time to fight back.I would highly recommend these attorneys to anyone who believes they’ve been wronged during a background check.
