Tried working with "Willow" after speaking with 2 other gentlemen who were no help, but she proceeded to ask for my ssn, and then her tone and her demeanor started to change toward me. I sent her MANY documents to support my case and she was absolutely no help to me. I can only send what websites are willing to show me. I'm going to find someone else that's more worth my time.
