I called Mark for a consultation on a custody case, and it was the smartest decision I made. He clearly cares about each client and their outcome, and took time to understand my case and circumstances. His insight was unique, as he himself has experienced divorce. So his advice and ability to strategize and see several steps ahead, and to be very understanding and comforting comes from both his legal experience and his personal experience. After hearing my situation, he spent a great deal of time helping me understand my options. Unfortunately I didn't live where he practiced, but anyone who has him as a lawyer clearly gets someone who cares deeply for his clients which is so helpful when going through such a painful experience. I would highly recommend Mark.

I feel very fortunate to have found Mark Weaver and recommend him without reservation. When I was looking for a lawyer for my divorce the other ones I spoke to started the conversation telling me how much they cost and insisted to know whether I could afford it. He was responsive and took the time to ensure I was on the right track. I would absolutely trust him to assist with even more complex legal work.

I had the opportunity of hiring Partner, Dina Botwinick, to represent me in a family case. I was nervous, angry, and anxious about what to expect. When consulting with Dina, she made me feel more confident and definitely more relaxed knowing she had dealt with many cases like mines and knew the outcome would be “no biggie” for us to win. She defended me and even comforted me with kind words some days after a “heated” trial. I eventually won! I liked that she always reached out to keep me up to speed. Provided me all documents at the end of the case with ease, and even was generous with payments during the pandemic, knowing I have a family. I would say they are like my “legal” family. Brian Perskin himself is a real “firecracker”. He will bat for you at 1000, and is very straight forward and plays no games. This team has a nice balance of personalities, so you have open pick of who you want to represent you. I have also recommended this law firm to my closest family friend, and would do it again and again!

This CONSULTATION was very horrible,1.it wasnt his place to insult me of my personal situations. 2.He was very rude .3. What service is it when you didnt give me any feed back and told me you cant help me because I dont know where my husband is.4.If you had a bad day it has nothing to do with a client that was looking forward to your service even when the client wasnt rude to you..He told me he had a long day and told me goodbye with an attitude.SO YES YOU DESERVE A BAD RATING FROM ME...THANKS AND HAVE A HORRIBLE BLESSED DAY

Brian was my moms divorce attorney and he broke down the other side and came to a quick and amicable resolution. Highly recommended.
