We just sold our apartment and purchased a house. Mark Bratkovsky was our attorney and handled both closings. Throughout the entire process, Mark was very responsive and patient, addressing all of our questions and concerns. We had a problem with our buyers and Mark was on top of them protecting our interests and ensuring a smooth transaction. On both closing days Mark was very punctual, prepared, attentive and professional while keeping the atmosphere light and friendly. We are very happy with how everything went and will use his services in the future.

I was referred to Mark by my real estate broker and have not come across a more knowledgeable, articulate, and empathetic attorney. Mark always takes the time to answer questions in a way that is both easy to understand and never rushed. My only regret is that I have not found him sooner. You will not find a better real estate attorney in New York City!

Mark did my closing during the pandemic. He was supportive throughout, always answered my calls, has a great staff (thanks Tanya). I highly recommend him. Your house closing will go smoothly, you will be well informed every of every step and all the details will be taken care of and documented. Mark was recommended by my realtor but now I would recommend him to others selling or buying a home.
