Mr. Yuniver is a diligent and experienced attorney who without hesitation I would do repeated business with. I was involved in an unusually complex and lengthy residential real estate closing. The seller had been treated for Alzheimer’s and had two trust attorneys with power of attorney. To complicated matters I could not get a FNMA approved loan because the unit has been deemed uninhabitable by the appraisal. The seller refused to renovate the unit and I was in jeopardy of losing the deal. I sought the advice of multiple attorneys and they either ignored me or told me to get a non-federally qualified loan with a rate three times as high. Mr. Yuniver was vibrant, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He advised me every step of the way and represented me in a professional manner with my interests in mind. Mr. Yuniver put in the extra time to walk me through all the nuances of my situation. He fully negotiated on my behalf and was able to convince the seller’s attorneys to renovate the unit at her own cost.
